Well, here we are at the beginning of a new decade, and we have started off with a very cold spell with some snow thrown in for good measure.
We have some ice on the lakes as I write, but plenty of the water is fishable. Daily up-dates can be found on the ansa-phone of our land-line (01794 341619).

Fish in the lakes are deep at this time of year, but are obviously hungry as the hardy fishermen who have visited us during this period have found out.

Maintenance work is on-going at this time of year, but we try to keep any disruption to a minimum, so please bear with us.

Due to the VAT increase, one or two prices have gone up slightly, but we have tried to keep any rises to a minimum.

Here's looking forward to some better, warmer conditions, but in the mean time don't be put off by the inclement weather - we always have a warm hut and a kettle for that hot drink !
